A seaonal cheese made with milk from pasteurized Wisconsin sheep. White in color and it's flavor is mellow, complex and sweet-qualities that remind Sid of his daughter Marisa, who he named the cheese after. Took 2nd place in it's class at the 2005 American Cheese Society.
