To preserve freshness and to insure quality, we have replaced our 1 1/4 lb. round cake with a half of 2 1/2 pound cake. Though the 1 1/4 lb. round cake was popular, the quality was difficult to maintain due to its small size. This half cake is packaged in an attractive gift box, with the quality you have come to expect from Gethsemani Farms.
